**Job Description:**The position to be filled involves planning, developing, and implementing strategies to activate the ISCAP Alumni network, with particular emphasis on supporting the career management and development of its graduates. The focus is on strengthening a structured and continuous connection between ISCAP and its Alumni community, projecting ISCAP nationally and internationally through its alumni.
In this context, the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and manage strategic information on alumni profiles and professional trajectories is especially relevant.
The duties include, notably:
a) Planning and organizing initiatives that promote networking, continuous alumni development, and reinforcement of their connection to ISCAP;
b) Managing career development and management support programs targeted at pre\-alumni and alumni;
c) Conducting workshops and individual career orientation and management sessions for students, alumni, and external stakeholders;
d) Promoting recruitment and selection processes for the Alumni network, particularly for mentors, ambassadors, and distinguished profiles;
e) Ensuring onboarding and follow\-up of alumni playing active roles in the network, including mentors, ambassadors, and speakers;
f) Strategically managing, supervising, and training teams of interns and volunteers, ensuring their integration into the office’s activities and operational dynamics;
g) Strategically managing the office’s communication channels (social media, website, newsletter), aiming to foster networking and disseminate the office’s initiatives;
h) Developing and implementing fundraising and resource mobilization strategies to finance projects, scholarships, and office activities;
i) Maintaining and updating the office’s database, ensuring the organization, reliability, and integrity of contact network information;
j) Researching and establishing national and international partnerships to broaden opportunities available to the alumni community;
k) Preparing and analyzing strategic indicators for performance monitoring and decision\-making support;
l) Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in the office’s processes and activities.
