Opportunity to develop communication and teamwork skills **Job Description** The **Ricami Veronica**, a retail and embroidery store, is seeking a Store Assistant to join its part\-time sales team. The store is located on Rua de Santa Catarina, in a high-traffic tourist area in the center of Porto. The employee will be responsible for customer service and product promotion, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * In-store customer service * Product presentation, promotion, and sales * Support for daily store operations No prior embroidery experience is required. The company provides initial training on store products and processes. **Candidate Profile:** * Strong communication skills * Positive attitude in public-facing roles * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in Portuguese and, preferably, at least one foreign language (most customers are tourists) * Prior experience in retail or interaction with tourists is an advantage but not mandatory **Terms and Conditions:** * Fixed-term contract (6 months) * Weekly working hours between 10 and 30 * Flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends * Hourly wage ranging from €5.30 to €6.00 **English speakers are welcome to apply.** Our shop is located in a busy tourist area in the center of Porto.
