We are seeking a Head of Accounting to coordinate the accounting area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as providing strategic support to management. **Main responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the accounting team; * Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal and accounting obligations; * Prepare and analyze individual and consolidated financial statements and management reports; * Prepare and analyze monthly reporting, cost and budget control reports; * Ensure liaison with external auditors, consultants and official entities; * Implement processes and tools that promote departmental efficiency. **Desired profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or Economics and registered with the Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados; * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within a Group of Companies / Shared Services environment; * Solid knowledge of the Portuguese Accounting Standards System (including consolidated accounts) and the Portuguese Tax System; * Proficiency in financial management software (CEGID/Primavera) and advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility; * Leadership skills and enthusiasm for dynamic environments. **What we offer** * Integration into a solid and fast-growing Group; * Salary package to be defined according to demonstrated experience/knowledge; * A challenging project with high level of autonomy; * Collaborative culture focused on results; * Opportunity for professional growth within an expanding Group.
