We are seeking a **Human Resources Technician (m/f)** to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, ensuring accurate documentation management and administrative process execution.
* Develop and manage recruitment and selection processes, from job posting and CV screening to interviews and new employee onboarding.
* Draft employment contracts, addenda, and other labor-related documentation, maintaining up-to-date individual employee files.
* Support training and employee development initiatives by collaborating in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions.
* Assist in implementing and monitoring Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare (OHSW) action plans, coordinating with relevant authorities and overseeing awareness campaigns, medical examinations, audits, and workplace accidents.
* Provide HR-related support to employees, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures.
* Organize and support corporate events, internal initiatives, and activities promoting employee well-being and engagement.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
* Professional experience in Human Resources;
* Experience in recruitment and selection processes;
* Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare (OHSW);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
* Familiarity with PHC software (HR module preferred);
* Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
