Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, developing visual materials that reinforce the brand identity and enhance its creative side. Collaborate on creative campaign planning and explore emerging trends. We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Graphic Designer to join the personal brand marketing team of Celso Lascasas. This person will be responsible for developing visual materials that reinforce the brand identity and enhance its creative side, producing attractive and consistent visual content that contributes to increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. We seek a proactive individual accustomed to a dynamic daily routine—not merely executing tasks, but contributing ideas, challenging the status quo, and helping create truly standout content. Main Responsibilities: * Create impactful graphic materials for social media and marketing campaigns (online and offline); * Produce creatives focused on engagement and conversion; * Develop visual content for social media, websites, landing pages, and email marketing; * Edit short videos for social media (CapCut); * Support visual management and optimization of the website (WordPress); * Understand the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency, alignment, and evolution; * Collaborate with the rest of the team on creative campaign planning; * Adapt content for different platforms and formats; * Stay updated and explore new visual trends, formats, and creative approaches; What We Look For in This Profile: * Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field; * Experience in design for digital marketing/social media; * Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar; * Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar; * Proficiency in WordPress; * Good command of English (spoken communication); * Proactive attitude and resilience; * Strong organizational and priority management skills; * Creative mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation; * Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback; Work Location \- Rebordosa, Paredes If you are passionate about design, digital marketing, and innovation, send your application to info@celsolascasas.com Job Type: Full-time
