Opportunity for professional development Golden Project Consulting Lda., a company with over 18 years of market experience providing services in accounting, human resources, and compliance with administrative and tax obligations, headquartered in Vila Nova de Gaia, seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Management Auditor/Controller to join the areas of consulting, management control, internal audit, and economic\-financial support for companies. Main Responsibilities: The selected professional will be primarily responsible for: * Analysis of financial statements; * Preparation of economic\-financial reports; * Review of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements; * Support for monthly and annual financial closings; * Development of management control dashboards; * Analysis of variances, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, and financial ratios; * Review of accounting and internal control procedures; * Support in preparing reports for boards of directors, management teams, banks, and external entities; * Support in corporate restructuring, business recovery, PER (Special Recovery Process), and insolvency proceedings; * Implementation of reporting tools and improvement of internal processes. Required Profile: * Higher education degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Auditing, or related field; * Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, management control, accounting, or financial consulting; * Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial analysis; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with TOConline or similar software; * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to interpret financial information; * Excellent communication and technical writing skills; * Rigor, autonomy, organization, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under tight deadlines and across diverse industry sectors. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, or consulting firms; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience working with SMEs; * Knowledge of corporate restructuring or insolvency processes; * Registration with the Order of Certified Accountants; * Ability to prepare financial reports supporting decision-making.
