Support in promoting cultural and artistic inclusion activities **Offer Code:**OE202604/0311 **Offer Type:**Standard Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Municipal Councils **Agency/Service:**Paredes Municipal Council **Employment Contract:**Fixed-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Duration:**12 months **Work Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1\.499,15€ **Monthly Supplement:**0,00 EUR **Job Description:**We seek an individual who will perform duties corresponding to the functional description of the Senior Technician category, as specified in the annex referred to in Article 88, paragraph 2 of the Public Employment Framework Law (LTFP), approved by Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June, as well as duties outlined in the staffing plan, namely: Independently and responsibly carrying out study, design, and adaptation tasks related to scientific-technical methods and processes inherent to the candidate’s undergraduate degree, particularly within the following activity domains: Collaborating in resolving issues of social adaptation and readaptation affecting individuals, groups, or communities—arising from social, physical, or psychological causes—through mobilization of internal and external resources, using study, interpretation, and diagnosis in professional relationships conducted individually, in groups, or with communities; Identifying needs of individuals, groups, and communities; Jointly studying possible solutions to their problems with individuals; Assisting individuals in utilizing their respective groups for personal development, guiding them toward socially beneficial actions, and implementing programs aligned with their interests; Supporting families or other groups in resolving their own problems; Raising awareness of general community needs and participating in establishing dedicated services to address them, in collaboration with administrative entities representing various groups, thereby contributing to the humanization of social structures and frameworks; Conducting social studies and gathering data for interdisciplinary research; Applying intervention procedures such as interviews, community resource mobilization, social prospecting, and fostering individual, interpersonal, and intergroup potentialities; Additionally, performing duties related to the implementation of the Project, specifically: supporting the conception, preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of cultural and artistic inclusion activities; supporting the promotion of information, communication, and outreach initiatives regarding the planned cultural and artistic inclusion activities; ensuring technical quality and appropriateness of the planned activities, particularly concerning their social and inclusion dimensions.
