Job Description:
Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of construction projects;
Develop and monitor planning, schedules, and budgets;
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors;
Control costs, production, and quality;
Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations;
Prepare technical reports and support production management with operational information;
Maintain communication with clients, supervisory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers;
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in construction management;
Proven solid knowledge of drafting and computer tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Leadership ability, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capability;
Results-oriented mindset and technical rigor;
Certification in specialty project design.
