The MDS Group is hiring for the position of **Claims Manager**, based in Lisbon or Porto, within the Corporate Risk Management Division. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, analyze, and process non-motor claims (Multi-risk, Liability, Personal Accident, Travel, Cyber, D\&O, among others); * Assess policy coverages, limits, and exclusions by interpreting contractual terms, applicable legislation, and case law; * Proactively communicate with clients, experts, service providers, and insurers, ensuring clear, prompt, and transparent interactions; * Ensure strict compliance with operational and regulatory deadlines, maintaining complete and auditable records; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes, supporting efficiency, automation, and operational simplification; * Prepare technical rebuttals and justifications, supporting responses to complaints or litigation. **About You** * Previous experience in non-motor claims management, ideally within an insurance broker, insurer, or similar environment; * Technical knowledge of insurance and claims; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking; * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-oriented approach; * Autonomy, organization, and precision, ensuring quality and timely delivery; * Team spirit, proactivity, and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement; * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and strong oral and written communication skills in English (preferred). **About Us** We were founded in Portugal 40 years ago.
