Professional development and continuous growth Fibrenamics, the Institute for Innovation in Fibrous and Composite Materials, is seeking talent to manage its design unit to ensure the achievement of its strategic objectives. **1. Profile:** * Master's degree (Level 7) in Product Engineering, Product Design, Industrial and Product Design, or related fields; * Over 3 years of experience is preferred; * Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Clo3D, among others); * Proficiency in rendering and prototyping software (KeyShot, Blender, V-Ray); * Knowledge and experience with additive manufacturing techniques, particularly FDM, SLA, and SLS; * Experience with UX/UI for physical and digital products; * Knowledge and experience in Parametric, Generative, and Biomimetic Design; * Sensitivity to fibrous, polymeric, and composite materials, and their development and transformation techniques; * Experience in managing, leading, and technically coordinating projects and teams; * Experience preparing and writing R&D project proposals; * Strong skills in assertive communication, planning, resource management, and organization; * Proficiency in spoken and written English; * Creative thinking, attention to detail, continuous improvement, agility in problem-solving, and autonomy in decision-making; * Ability to learn and motivation to integrate and lead multidisciplinary teams. **2.
