Job Summary: Mota-Engil Engenharia is seeking a Technical Draftsperson / Project Designer for Prefabricated Structures to collaborate in the development of studies and projects, prepare projects, and provide technical support to clients and external engineering offices. To continue growing and remain a benchmark in the sector, we are seeking new talent to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with commercial technical coordination in developing studies and projects for proposal submissions; * Prepare projects, identify the applicable solution, define technical elements for component execution, and submit deliverables to the preparation office; * Assist in preparing clarifications related to the project and its conversion into detailed drawings; * Participate in technical clarification meetings, monitoring client developments and requirements, and providing necessary support to external project offices; * Maintain direct contact with clients on ongoing projects to clarify or obtain information required for execution. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Education in technical drafting or a related field; * Competencies in technical drafting, project design, and cost estimation; * Knowledge of BIM (preferred); * Proficiency in Revit and Tekla Structures (preferred); * Knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing and constructive details (preferred); * Autonomy, dynamism, and proactivity; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Planning, organizational, and teamwork abilities; * Rigor and reliability. **With Us You Can Benefit From:** * A stimulating work environment offering continuous learning opportunities and professional development; * Access to the current variable remuneration model (subject to defined criteria); * Health insurance; * Corporate partnership agreements; * Up to 3 additional vacation days per year.
