Backoffice Support Technician, Stock Management and Calibrations \| Vandoma
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the maintenance backoffice, ensuring correct processing and updating of information;
Manage the maintenance warehouse stock, controlling material inflows and outflows, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely stock replenishment;
Coordinate and monitor the equipment calibration schedule, ensuring adherence to established deadlines, recording interventions, and maintaining associated documentation;
Support supplier and external service provider management, tracking purchase requests, orders, and administrative processes related to maintenance;
Collaborate in organizing and monitoring departmental activities, contributing to smooth process operation and achievement of departmental objectives.
Profile
Academic qualification equivalent to 12th grade or vocational training in Administration, Maintenance, or related fields;
Experience in administrative support roles for backoffice operations, stock management, or maintenance support (preferred);
Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and procurement processes;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills;
High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail;
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
Team spirit, proactivity, and continuous improvement orientation;
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
