Issue mandatory notifications and communications to official entities regarding Occupational Safety and Health, particularly to ACT – Authority for Working Conditions. Verify whether contractors comply with requirements under Articles 11 and 13 of Decree-Law No. 273/2003 of 29 October concerning development and implementation of Safety and Health Plans for construction execution. Conduct regular site visits and monitoring of municipal construction works, whether executed directly by the municipality or via contractor. Ensure safety coordination during both project design and construction phases for all municipal works. Inspect and select collective and individual protective equipment. Review and validate safety plans; plan prevention activities, integrating risk assessment and respective safety and health preventive measures (PSS).
