Reporting to the MCOUTINHO APV Coordinator in Porto, your main responsibilities will be: * Ensure control over warranty processes for vehicle brands, as well as technical campaigns launched; * Submit warranty processes to respective brands and monitor them together with the technical teams of our workshops. **If your profile matches our requirements, apply now:** * Secondary education (12th grade); * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in similar roles (preferred); * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills valued; * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; * High level of initiative and proactivity; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license; * Residence in Porto or neighboring areas.
