Reporting to the MCOUTINHO APV Coordinator in Paredes/Penafiel/Marco de Canaveses, your main responsibilities will include: * Overseeing warranty processes for automotive brands, as well as promoted technical campaigns; * Submitting warranty claims to respective manufacturers and monitoring them together with the technical teams in our workshops. **If your profile matches our requirements, apply now:** * Secondary education (12th grade); * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in similar roles (preferred); * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills being advantageous; * Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; * Strong initiative and proactivity; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license; * Residence in Paredes, Penafiel, Marco de Canaveses or adjacent areas.
