We are assembling our initial team and seek professionals with pride, autonomy, and sensitivity to detail for the role of Public Areas Cleaner. **What we are looking for:** * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance of public/common areas in hospitality (preferably in hotels, boutique or luxury properties — but not mandatory); * High standards of rigor, attention to presentation details, and hygiene discipline; * Passion for creating clean, welcoming, and impeccably organized environments; * Proactivity, autonomy, and strong time-management skills; * Discreet, courteous attitude oriented toward guest well-being; * Flexibility regarding working hours. **Your main responsibilities:** * Maintenance and deep cleaning of all hotel public areas (lobby, corridors, spa, swimming pool, staff restrooms, staff zones, etc.); * Careful cleaning and hygiene of food & beverage areas and bar; * Timely replenishment of consumables and attention to decorative details in common areas; * Prompt identification and communication of maintenance needs or malfunctions; * Ensuring the guest’s first and last impressions at the hotel are memorable. **What we offer:** * Salary conditions above industry average; * Opportunity to join the project from its inception and official opening; * Dynamic, respectful work environment with strong appreciation for the Housekeeping team; * Initial and ongoing training tailored to our unique luxury service concept; * Opportunity for career progression and stability (we also have openings in other Housekeeping departments).
