IMMEDIATE START Responsibilities Laundry Logistics: Delivery and collection of linen kits at properties. Cleaning Support: Restocking consumables and providing logistical support to cleaning teams. Basic Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Minor interventions (e.g., replacing light bulbs, adjusting door handles, checking remote control batteries, minor plumbing or Wi-Fi adjustments). Errand Management: Addressing ad-hoc guest or operational needs. Candidate Profile Availability: Immediate Autonomy: Ability to perform tasks without constant supervision. Tools: Basic knowledge of domestic maintenance. Logistics: Valid Category B driver's license. Conditions Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employment Contract Compensation: Competitive remuneration commensurate with responsibilities Working Hours: 10:00–18:30 Days Off: Two per week — fixed Tuesday plus one rotating day (Friday or Saturday) For this role, the CV is the least important factor.
