If you are passionate about Investment and Real Estate Law, seeking a professional challenge, value organization, rigor, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to meet\-you. **Work Location:** On-site \| Boavista, Porto **Main Responsibilities** * Review, draft, and analyze contracts and all documentation related to property purchase and resale; * Draft Authenticated Private Documents (DPA); * Perform signature certifications and document authentication; * Ensure all legal procedures comply with current legislation and regulations; * Manage and organize all legal documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records; * Communicate with public entities and other competent bodies; * Support resolution of legal issues and litigation related to company activities; * Update and maintain all case information in the company's CRM; * Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other team members; * Perform other administrative tasks inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law or Solicitorship; * Valid professional license in Portugal; * Experience in registries, notarial services, and real estate-related processes; * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese; * Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Proactivity, dynamism, and willingness to learn and grow professionally; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What We Offer:** * Employment contract; * Meal allowance via meal card; * Integration into a growing company; * Real opportunity for career progression; * Continuous training and investment in your professional development; * Collaborative, dynamic work environment focused on excellence.
