




We are seeking an **Office Manager & Financial Assistant** to join our team and support the organization’s administrative and financial management. This hybrid role is essential to ensure smooth office operations, rigorous financial processes, and an organized, collaborative, and efficient working environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure administrative and operational office management. * Support leadership and teams with day-to-day administrative tasks. * Organize schedules, meetings, and internal events. * Manage suppliers, contracts, and external services. * Ensure document and administrative management. * Support HR with onboarding processes and employee assistance. * Manage invoicing, payments, and receipts. * Monitor accounts payable and receivable. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Organize and archive financial documentation. * Assist in preparing financial reports and control dashboards. * Coordinate with external accounting and support monthly closings. * Support budgetary control and expense tracking. * Ensure adherence to internal deadlines and procedures. **Desired Profile** * Prior experience in administrative and/or financial roles. * Knowledge of accounting and financial management. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Autonomy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Team spirit and flexibility.
