Float In, a reference brand in the wellness and spa sector, is seeking an HR professional with practical experience and strong organizational ability to join its Human Resources department. Responsibilities: – Support HR management across all stages: hiring, contracts, scheduling, records, absences, uniforms, documentation, and internal communications. – Daily team coordination and administrative support for operations. – Updating databases, individual files, and internal processes. – Implementation of HR policies and procedures, liaising with coordinators and operational departments. – Execution of HR tasks in a systematic, rigorous, and organized manner (“from A to Z”). Mandatory requirements: – Minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar roles. – Excellent problem-solving skills. – High sense of responsibility, methodical approach, and organizational ability. – Proactivity in task execution without requiring constant supervision. – Autonomy in managing priorities and ensuring process continuity.
