Streamline team interactions and drive business improvement. **Join us as a Operational Efficiency Trainee (IEFP)!** As an Operational Efficiency Trainee, you will contribute to operational excellence by supporting the quality and performance of IT solutions. The department’s mission is to achieve operational efficiency through the review and redesign of business processes, leveraging technology and automation, and enhancing user experience. **Key Accountabilities** You will be primarily responsible for: * Maintaining registers and documenting all artefacts related to improvement initiatives. * Preparing and conducting training sessions to introduce new tools and procedures, presenting these to a wide range of stakeholders. * Preparing and conducting training sessions to establish new tools and procedures, presenting them to a wide range of stakeholders within the company. * Streamlining interactions between teams and contributing creative ideas for business improvement. * Participating in business process mining and automation initiatives. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required** * Bachelor´s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields. * Project management and organizational skills. * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Jira. * Familiarity with ITIL and BPMN is required. * Fluency in English. * Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas for business improvement. * Eligible for an **IEFP Level VI Internship.** Apply by submitting your CV in **English.** **Join Euronext – Shape capital markets for future generations.** Euronext is the leading European capital market covering the entire capital markets value chain, from listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody to solutions for issuers and investors.
