We are seeking a Store Manager passionate about people, sales, and the art of creating a distinctive in-store experience. Your Challenge You will be responsible for leading the store and ensuring every customer enjoys the best Toranja experience. On a daily basis, you will: * Manage and oversee daily store operations; * Ensure organization, efficiency, and adherence to processes; * Coordinate stock, orders, and inventories; * Maintain a well-kept store image aligned with the brand; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs); * Define and implement actions to achieve commercial objectives; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team; * Create a personalized and memorable customer service experience for each customer. We are looking for someone with: * Retail industry experience (minimum 2 years); * Prior experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role; * Strong customer and results orientation; * A dynamic, autonomous, and proactive profile; * Leadership ability and a strong sense of responsibility; * Passion for sales and public interaction; * Fluent English (mandatory); * Additional languages are valued.
