Participation in calibration sessions for content guideline alignment **LOCATION:** Porto, Portugal \| On\-Site **LANGUAGE REQUIRED:** Romanian \+ English **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00 \| 2 rotative days off per week START DATE: 30 April 2026 **CONTRACT:** Permanent **ABOUT THE ROLE:** We are looking for Romanian\-speaking Content Moderators to join our client's team in Porto. This role involves reviewing and moderating user\-generated content in line with platform guidelines. Please note: this position requires regular exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates must demonstrate emotional resilience and a strong capacity to manage this professionally. Wellbeing support is provided. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** — Review and moderate Romanian\-language content in accordance with platform policies — Make consistent, policy\-based decisions on content approval, restriction, or removal — Identify and escalate high\-severity content following defined protocols — Maintain accuracy and consistency under time pressure — Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment with content guidelines **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** — Fluent in Romanian (C2 level) and good command of English — Emotional resilience — ability to process sensitive content professionally — Strong decision\-making and written communication skills — Comfortable with rotative schedules including weekends — EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse — Valid Work Visa (Type D) \+ AIMA Appointment Scheduled \+ NIF — Expired Work Visa (Type D) \+ AIMA Appointment Already Attended \+ NIF **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:** — Base salary paid over 14 months — Meal Allowance: 7\.63€ per day — Health Insurance from day 1 (monthly fee applies, free after 6 months) — Relocation support for candidates from outside Porto: shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details discussed at interview stage).
