With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **Business Analyst** **This is your mission** Are you passionate about IT analysis and application support in complex environments? Then this position is for you. As a **Business Analyst**, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and IT solutions while ensuring the stability and performance of actuarial applications within our ecosystem. Build side: * Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the activity backlog * Build, refine, and manage user stories in alignment with business needs * Clarify requirements for new topics and evolutions with stakeholders * Coordinate and plan actions with business users and technical teams * Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the squad * Define non\-regression and sanity test cases and ensure execution * Participate in platform testing and validation phases * Document processes, solutions, and updates (knowledge base, reference materials) * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and security rules * Work closely with offshore development teams Run side: * Ensure the proper functioning, scalability, and maintainability of applications * Provide functional and technical support to end users * Monitor and manage incidents in line with SLA requirements * Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution * Maintain strong communication with platform operators and stakeholders * Handle support requests and ensure successful delivery * Communicate effectively with business teams regarding technical topics and fixes **This is your background** You have at least **3 years of experience** in demanding **IT Business Analysis and Application Support** environments. You enjoy working in dynamic and collaborative contexts, continuously improving processes and delivering value to users.
