We were also considered one of Europe’s Top 100 Startups by Wired recently! *We're creating a loved brand in Europe and this is where your story begins!* THE ROLE We’re on a mission to expand our retail footprint, and we’re looking for a driven **Sales Representative** to make it happen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting retail leads into strong business relationships. This is a **2\-month temporary project** with the possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs. What You’ll Do * Generate qualified retail leads using tools such as **Apollo** and other prospecting platforms. * Manage the **end\-to\-end sales process** : from prospecting and outreach, to pitching, negotiation, and conversion. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail prospects, ensuring steady progress towards targets. * Conduct outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest and secure meetings. * Present our brand and products to potential retail partners, highlighting our unique value. * Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance. * Collaborate with the team to share insights from the market and improve outreach strategies. * Ensure accurate and timely updates of all activities in the CRM. What We’re Looking For * Proven **sales experience** (minimum 2–3 years), ideally in retail or consumer brands. * Strong track record of **managing the full sales cycle** from lead to close. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and results\-driven mindset. * Self\-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver under tight timelines. * Fluency in **Portuguese** (English or Spanish is a plus). * Comfortable working in a **temporary, project\-based role** with clear performance goals. Contract Details * **Duration** : 2 months (with the possibility of extension based on results). * **Type** : Temporary / Project\-based. * **Start date** : Immediate.
