Job Summary: We are seeking Admission Support Technicians to serve the public, provide information, and manage applications at a higher education institution. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with applicants regarding the admission process A higher education institution intends to hire 2 Admission Support Technicians, to be assigned to the Gandra and Famalicão campuses (1 position per campus). Requirements for this position: · Minimum education level: 12th grade; · Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative work experience; · Appropriate professional training; · Basic proficiency in foreign languages (French or English); · Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, and email; · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include: * Serving national and international applicants in person, by phone, and digitally; * Providing information on admission regulations and academic programs; * Receiving, verifying, and validating applications to various admission competitions; * Entering and managing application data and evaluations in the competition support IT system; * Issuing application confirmations, enrollment certificates, and payment receipts; * Monitoring incoming payments, performing daily cash closure, and coordinating with the Treasury; * Organizing and forwarding application files for evaluation and ranking; * Communicating with applicants regarding exams, interviews, and admission procedures; * Preparing and forwarding enrollment files to the competent departments.
