**On a day-to-day basis, you will perform tasks such as:** * Plan, organize, and execute in-store product visual presentations in accordance with brand guidelines and ongoing campaigns; * Ensure visual consistency throughout the store; * Implement layout and decoration changes according to collections, promotions, and seasonal periods. **What we value:** * Academic qualification equivalent to completion of secondary education (12th grade); * Prior experience in Visual Merchandising or similar roles in fashion retail (preferred); * Ability to follow visual guidelines and ensure their accurate implementation; * Team spirit, dynamism, and strong communication skills; * Organizational skills and autonomy in a fast-paced environment; * Proficiency in user-level computer applications; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
