To support us in this area and mission, we are seeking a Visual Merchandiser who will report directly to the Visual Merchandising Manager. **Mission:** Ensure the operational execution and implementation of actions and activities defined in the Visual Merchandising plan, contributing to achieving established objectives, customer satisfaction, business competitiveness, and sustainability. **Your day-to-day responsibilities…** * Ensure implementation and monitoring of actions carried out according to the Visual Merchandising plan and schedule; * Support the production and setup of pilot stores for developing the Visual Merchandising manual; * Monitor and assist with in-store setup and implementation of actions and campaigns, in accordance with rules defined in the Visual Merchandising manual; * Provide support and oversight to stores through regular visits, training sessions, and audits, ensuring compliance of projects within the scope of Visual Merchandising; * Develop projects (e.g., sector refreshes, inspirational displays, etc.), draft the Visual Merchandising manual, and implement it in stores; * Develop and propose new solutions, suggesting and presenting creative and innovative actions and projects; * Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and procedures within your area of responsibility, suggesting innovative actions and approaches that contribute to business development. **What we value in your profile…** * Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related fields; * Relevant professional experience, preferably in retail (minimum 2 years); * Willingness to travel and undertake short-term stays; * Ability to interpret planograms and store layouts/plans; * Proficiency in computer applications, with knowledge of industry-specific tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, space planning) considered an advantage.
