Are you interested in joining a team transforming renal care? We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in Paredes and Gaia. To achieve this, we combine professional expertise with a close, warm, and human-centered approach. **What we offer:** Monthly gross base salary between €1\.400 and €1\.750, depending on professional experience; Integration into a leading company in renal care provision; Integration into a young, dynamic, and multidisciplinary team; Initial and continuous training; Opportunities for professional development and career progression; Participation in cross-functional initiatives promoting personal development and knowledge sharing; A collaborative work environment focused on quality and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure pharmaceutical monitoring and provide technical support to clinic teams; Promote the safe, effective, and rational use of medications and health products; Collaborate in the management, organization, and control of medications and pharmaceutical products; Support the implementation and compliance with internal procedures, legal requirements, and applicable quality standards; Participate in identifying and resolving issues related to the medication pathway; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve the quality and safety of care provided; Analyze relevant information for activities and contribute to decision-making; Participate in training and knowledge-updating activities; Travel to different units as required to perform job duties. **Requirements:** Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences; Valid registration as an active member of the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society; Valid driver’s license; Ability to organize, plan, and manage priorities; Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision; Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a diverse and constantly evolving context; Analytical ability and critical thinking; Motivation to acquire new knowledge and develop competencies; Ease in building interpersonal relationships; Collaborative attitude and open communication style; Strong orientation toward quality and safety; Proficiency in Portuguese; Knowledge of English is an advantage.
