




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and controlling stock, verifying and dispatching goods, and issuing documents using management software, with emphasis on proactivity and attention to detail. Team-based work and attention to detail Responsibilities: \- Receive and verify goods from customers and suppliers; \- Issue internal production documents; \- Manage and control internal stock of customers and suppliers; \- Verify and dispatch goods; \- Invoice and issue shipping documents via PHC software. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) or Bachelor's degree in Management/Logistics or related fields; \- User-level computer skills; \- Experience with PHC software or other management software is preferred; \- Strong language skills, particularly English and/or Spanish; \- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit; \- Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities for customer service; \- Communication skills and proactivity; \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory). Contract Terms: \- On-the-job training with a function-specific internal training plan; \- Initial temporary employment contract with a staffing agency (3 months), with potential for career progression/direct employment contract with our company after this period; \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break; \- Remuneration based on demonstrated experience + meal allowance; \- Work location: Aveleda, Vila do Conde (Porto).
