You'll be part of an experienced team managing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, reporting to our Head of Customer Success. As a support specialist, you'll gain unique insights into the customer journey and how our software is used across various industries. Previous team members have moved into leadership, technical, and other customer\-facing roles. Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills are essential.
