We're looking for an experienced **Delivery Manager** with a proven track record in leading IT delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful execution of complex technology projects. By joining Fyld, you'll be part of a team where every member is challenged to innovate, collaborate and grow. ### **Your Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields * Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar leadership role * Experience managing the end\-to\-end delivery of IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects * Ability to manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets * Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating project status to stakeholders at different organizational levels * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience working in consulting environments and managing multi\-client projects is highly valued * Ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitating decision\-making and removing delivery obstacles * Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar * Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus * Fluency in English ### **Our Values:** * Critical thinking and autonomy * Focus on meaningful solutions and real results * Respect, transparency, and continuous growth ### **What you'll find at Fyld:** * A collaborative team that values individual progress * Access to continuous training and certifications * A culture of proximity, respect, and recognition * Challenging, purpose\-driven projects where your talent as a **Delivery Manager** has real impact Want to be part of it?
