Air Liquide has around 700 employees in Portugal, serving the following sectors: Industry: food, automotive, energy, industrial production, pharmaceuticals, natural gas, research, materials, metallurgy, chemicals, refining and technology Healthcare: medical gases, related services, hospital and home healthcare **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?** Operate, analyze, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment in the field of Instrumentation and Automation, in accordance with established standards and procedures, to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability. **RESPONSIBILITIES \& ACTIVITIES** **1\. PROCESS** Supervise and control the proper operation of factory processes Perform process adjustments in the production control system, according to defined directives Carry out analytical quality controls of the process; **2\. MAINTENANCE** Perform and/or supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. Intervene in troubleshooting. Conduct periodic site inspections and report on them when requested. * Conduct periodic site inspections and report on them when requested. * Execute scheduled maintenance to prevent failures and extend equipment service life; * Diagnose and repair instrument faults, minimizing downtime; * Install and assemble measurement and control instruments, such as sensors, valves and transmitters; * Integrate new equipment into existing systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality; * Liaise with suppliers regarding existing equipment and new requirements; * Collect performance data from instruments and control systems, analyze the data, and prepare reports to help identify trends, issues and improvement opportunities; * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, calibration and issues encountered; * Ensure and participate in implementing continuous improvement methodologies by proposing innovations and improvements to instrumentation processes; * Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality standards. **3\.
