We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** with technical skills to support the operations department by analyzing and solving problems, implementing technical improvements to increase equipment efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement. The main interactions will be with the production team and the technical support team – engineering and maintenance. This person will have natural progression within the organization according to the current startup phase the company is in, with responsibilities divided into two stages as follows: **Main Responsibilities – Organization Startup Phase** * Learn the production processes and procedures used in our factory abroad * Support equipment commissioning and installation * Support the equipment validation process * Ensure equipment reliability during the initial production startup phase After the startup phase, the following responsibilities will be added: **Main Responsibilities – Role Development** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: * Working on equipment in areas such as automation, pneumatics, mechanics, robotics, mechatronics, and power control. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, or others) * Responding quickly to issues related to servo motors, pneumatics, electricity/electronics, and mechanics * Using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, among others) * Performing preventive maintenance tasks according to the defined schedule * Ensuring restoration of equipment technical parameters as specified * Proposing and carrying out improvement projects for mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic systems * Participating in department performance reporting, suggesting improvements **Essential Requirements:** * Technical degree or equivalent in a relevant field * Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment * Availability to work any shift (morning, afternoon, or night) * Knowledge of pneumatics, mechatronics, mechanics, electricity, and electronics * Good communication skills * Availability for training abroad for a period of 5 months **Preferred Requirements:** * English language proficiency * Experience in maintenance within the medical industrial sector Offer type: Full-time
