We are looking for an **Observability Specialist** to lead the organization's observability strategy, focusing on standardization and continuous evolution; **Responsibilities:** * Lead the organization's observability strategy, focusing on standardization and continuous evolution; * Manage and operate the monitoring platform based on Checkmk (installation, configuration, tuning, upgrades); * Integrate Checkmk with other tools (e.g.: ITSM, notifications, custom scripts); * Design dashboards, metrics, and alerts using CheckMK, Grafana, and others; * Define and implement synthetic monitoring tests (user journey, APIs, critical services), preferably using Robot Framework. **Requirements and Skills:** * 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring; * Solid and proven experience with Checkmk (enterprise versions, agent configuration, monitoring of customized services, upgrades, etc); * Proficiency in log, metrics, and tracing concepts and tools (e.g.: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, GrayLog); * Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows), networks, protocols, and SNMP; * Familiarity with automation and scripting; * Experience with ELK (a plus); * Certifications related to observability/monitoring or DevOps (a plus); * Strong communication skills with technical and business teams; * Critical thinking and initiative to propose continuous improvements; * Ability to produce clear documentation and share knowledge; * Fluent in English. **Our Offer:** * Work-life balance; * 5 additional days of parental leave; * Employee Assistance Program (support in areas such as Psychology, Psychosocial, Legal, and Financial); * Hybrid working model; * Employee Stock Program; * Flexible benefits; * Health and life insurance; * Internal mobility program across geography, position, and area;
