Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain the corporate device fleet, including Mac, Android, iOS, mobile printers, and PDAs. * Implement and administer **Mobile Device Management (MDM)** solutions such as **Airwatch, Jamf, and Intune**, including zero\-touch enrollment (Google Enterprise Recommended, Apple DEP). * Develop and maintain **scripts for automation** and process improvements. * Provide technical support and resolve device\-related issues. * Monitor and ensure the **security and compliance** of corporate devices and data. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate and optimize systems and processes. * Document procedures, configurations, and device management policies. Essential skills: * **5–10 years** of professional experience in similar roles. * Proven expertise in managing **Mac, Android, iOS, mobile printers, and PDAs**. * Advanced knowledge of **MDM platforms** (Airwatch, Jamf, Intune). * Strong scripting skills (Batch, PowerShell) and experience with tools like **ScriptRunner**. * Solid understanding of **mobile security** and compliance policies. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Resilience and a proactive approach to challenges. * Good English
