Your Responsibilities: * Create AI-powered automations and workflows; * Analyze and optimize internal processes; * Integrate tools via APIs and webhooks; * Support systems such as Salesforce, Cegid, Aircall, and Microsoft 365; * Test and deploy new tools; * Resolve access, configuration, and integration issues; * Create documentation and train teams; * Ensure security best practices, access controls, and data protection; * Measure the impact of implemented solutions. Our Ideal Candidate: * Experience with no-code or low-code automation; * Knowledge of Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools; * Understanding of AI applied to business processes; * Ability to work with APIs and integrations; * Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation; * Autonomy, organization, and execution speed; * Ability to explain technical topics simply; * Constant desire to learn and improve. Experience with CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Cegid, or Aircall is highly valued.
