Job Summary: B2GREEN LDA is recruiting an Architect to develop projects, collaborate on construction solutions, and monitor construction works, ensuring legal compliance and supporting the Project General Coordinator. Support to the Project General Coordinator in technical meetings **B2GREEN LDA** offers a range of services including architecture and construction of modern developments, as well as post-construction housing mediation. It is currently recruiting for the position of **Architect – Construction Projects.** **Job Description:** * Development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with defined functional, technical, and aesthetic requirements; * Active collaboration in defining efficient construction solutions and optimizing costs without compromising quality; * Monitoring of construction execution, participating in progress meetings with internal and external teams; * Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of all architectural solutions, with knowledge of licensing procedures and communication with competent authorities. * Supporting the Project General Coordinator in technical meetings with material suppliers and in developing design and finishing solutions; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; * Proven experience in the sector; * Interest and motivation to directly monitor construction works; * Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability; * Dynamic and proactive profile, with strong problem-solving and contingency management capabilities; * Experience and enthusiasm for client interaction, with attention to detail and project-specific needs; * Sensitivity to Interior Design; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent technical drawing tools; * Ability to create models and perform 3D renderings (preferred). **Offer:** \- Competitive salary; \- Permanent contract; \- Integration into a young and dynamic team. **Working Hours:** Weekdays, from 09:00 to 18:00 Applications must be submitted by e\-mail.
