We are looking for a **Microsoft Systems Specialist** whose mission will be to provide **advanced support**, expertise and guidance for **resolving more complex issues**, as well as being able to perform **structural analysis of our clients' environments**, **designing and implementing solutions** focused on each client's technological evolution and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **analysis and resolution of incidents** related to Microsoft services and roles, especially (not limited to): + **ADDS** (Active Directory Domain Services); + **ADFS** (Active Directory Federation Services); + **ADCS** (Active Directory Certificate Services); + **DFSR / DFS\-N**; + **EntraID**; + **RDS** (Remote Desktop Services); + **NPS** * Isolate and **resolve advanced problems** involving **authentication, critical services, replication, networking, security and application services;** * **Identify and implement improvements** within various solutions and areas such as security, disaster recovery, high availability, among others; * Collaborate with internal teams and clients to **identify improvements, optimize costs and promote best practices;** * **Update technical documentation**, operational procedures and architecture designs; * **Contribute to automations and improvements** optimizing team efficiency. **Requirements and skills:** * **Proven expertise and experience in Active Directory environments** in large-scale clients; * **Proven troubleshooting experience** with Windows Server services and roles; * **Experience designing Disaster Recovery solutions** for various components of the Windows ecosystem; * **Practical knowledge in implementing virtual infrastructures, storage, networking and cloud** capable of supporting Microsoft products; * **Availability for occasional travel** and **interventions outside regular working hours;** * **Microsoft certifications;** * **Experience in task automation** using PowerShell; * Knowledge of **SCCM/MECM** and/or **ANSIBLE** will be valued; * Knowledge of **Citrix VA** will be valued; * Experience in **reading and creating clear and objective technical documentation.** **Our offer:** * Work-life balance; * 5 additional days of parental leave; * Employee Assistance Program (support in areas such as Psychology, Psychosocial, Legal and Financial); * Hybrid working model; * Employee Stock Program; * Flexible benefits; * Health and life insurance; * Internal mobility program across geography, position and area.
