Acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Plan and coordinate all phases of the project, from planning to execution, ensuring cost, schedule and quality control. Liaise with operations, production and logistics to ensure receipt and assembly of industrialized components according to the strategic plan. * Define internal resources and subcontractors per project, directly supervising on-site execution. Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress, resolve deviations and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements. * Act as technical liaison with the client and project owner. Propose industrialized solutions that improve delivery times, traceability and reduce waste. Collaborate with engineering on design adjustments and continuous improvement. * Implement technical inspection and documentation routines. Monitor KPIs such as non-conformities, rework and assembly lead time. Update essential documentation and support audits and legal and contractual compliance processes. * Train internal teams, standardize assembly methods and create technical documentation for replication.
