We are Recruiting an Accountant Location: Matosinhos The company Incasometal Lda. is seeking to recruit an ACCOUNTANT for MATOSINHOS. RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting: * Organize, classify, and record all accounting documents; * Ensure legal and tax compliance of recorded transactions; * Prepare and analyze trial balances, financial statements, and management reports; * Prepare and submit tax returns and ancillary obligations (VAT, IRC, IES, etc.); * Support monthly and annual closing processes and the preparation of audit reports; * Ensure correct application of the Accounting Normalization System (SNC). Treasury: * Perform daily treasury control, including bank reconciliations; * Manage cash flows, payments, and receipts; * Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor budget execution; * Ensure compliance with payment deadlines to suppliers and collection from customers; * Monitor banking operations, credit, and financing; * Support the control and optimization of the company's financial resources. REQUIRED PROFILE: * Accountant with experience to join our finance team, also taking on responsibilities in the treasury area. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field; * Active registration with the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC / CRC); * Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and treasury roles; * Good knowledge of tax and commercial legislation; * Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel tools; * Ability to prepare financial statements and cash-flow forecasts.
