Work in an environment based on equity, integrity, and diversity ###### **Workplace:** **Porto (On\-Site)** ###### **Role:** * Ensure the monitoring, support, and resolution of incidents in production environments, guaranteeing compliance with established service levels; * Participate in the management of operations and changes across applications and infrastructures, working closely with development, systems, database, and network teams; * Ensure technical documentation, backup management, application capacity control, and the execution of recovery tests; * Contribute to automation initiatives, continuous process improvement, and the definition of architectures for new solutions. ###### **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, including scripting skills (Shell, Python, and/or PowerShell); * Experience with VTOM, Control\-M, or other workload scheduling solutions, as well as monitoring tools (preferably Zabbix or Grafana); * Experience with application and web servers (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS) and databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or MySQL); * Knowledge of infrastructure and networking concepts, including backups, LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, Firewalls, Reverse Proxy, and containers; * Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); * DevOps mindset, with a willingness to learn and continuously develop; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment. ###### **Work with us:** * With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT; * At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity; * Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills; * Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
