Currently, we are seeking to strengthen our team with a **Waste Management Operator** to join our team in the operations area of a waste park. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily monitoring of activities; * Recording and controlling material flows, as well as issuing and tracking e-GAR documents, ensuring compliance with current environmental legislation; * Supporting park organization and coordinating with operators and external entities; * Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade), preferably with a vocational course in Environmental Technician or a related field; * Knowledge in environmental matters and/or waste management; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and autonomy; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Sensitivity to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance issues. **Requirements:** * Sense of responsibility and dynamism; * Organizational skills. **What We Offer:** * Employment contract; * Initial and ongoing on-the-job training; * Meal subsidy.
