Job Summary: SICI93 | Luxury Division of Nextil Group is recruiting a Time and Methods Agent to optimize textile production processes and manage performance data. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in developing performance evaluation systems The **SICI93 \| Luxury Division of Nextil Group**, a reference in high-quality textile garment manufacturing, is currently recruiting a **Time and Methods Agent** to strengthen its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Timing of sewing and packaging operations to establish **standard times**; * Analysis of time data and evaluation of individual and team performance of sewing/packaging operators; * Development of **operational sequences** for garment items; * Optimization of **work methods**, including workplace organization and improvement of production lines; * Identification of continuous improvement opportunities aimed at **waste reduction** and increased production efficiency; * Management and analysis of performance data, including preparation and presentation of **KPIs to the Operations Management**; * Collaboration in creating and implementing **performance evaluation systems**, training plans, and career progression paths for seamstresses and other sewing/packaging operators; * Support for workers and supervisors in implementing improvements and meeting production standards. **Requirements:** * Education in **Methods and Time Study, Timing, Industrial Management, Textile Engineering**, or a related field; * Minimum **5 years' experience** in similar roles within the textile/garment industry; * Solid knowledge of sewing operations and production processes; * Proven experience with **Jerseywear and Swimwear** products; * Knowledge of **Seamless** products will be an advantage; * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **What We Offer:** * **Above-market compensation**, commensurate with demonstrated experience, plus additional benefits; * **Health insurance**; * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the group.
