Job Summary: Indulatex is recruiting a Production Operator to prepare raw materials, operate mixers, conduct quality tests, and ensure product compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Indulatex, a leading European manufacturer of latex compounds, industrial adhesives, glues, varnishes, paints, epoxies, and polyurethanes, is recruiting a Production Operator (M/F): **Job Description:** \- Raw material preparation and packaging: Verify raw material labels to ensure correct weight, type, and batch number before loading raw materials into mixers and performing the operation process according to all production parameters; \- Visual inspection/verification of raw materials and additives; \- Work according to operating instructions, adjusting the process as necessary to ensure the final product meets all quality requirements; \- Operate mixers; verify and load raw materials according to process instructions and procedures, take samples, discharge, and package. Monitor process equipment during various operational phases (startup, normal operation, shutdown, and cleaning); \- Report all identified situations that may lead to product/process non-conformities or non-conformities of the Quality Management System; \- Perform basic quality tests and inspections; \- Withdraw and fill finished products into final packaging according to instructions and ensure compliance with the company's quality standards; \- Perform cleaning operations for parts and equipment; \- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor. **Profile:** \- Minimum compulsory education level (preferred); \- Experience operating forklifts; \- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and initiative; \- Good communication skills; \- Availability to work rotating shifts; \- Strong focus on safety aspects; \- Ability to work under pressure, autonomy, and problem-solving capability.
