You will play an essential part in the operational management of travel arrangements, ensuring all details contribute to memorable experiences. **Your Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation; * Specialized support for our travel consultants; * Delivery of high-quality customer service, with attention to detail and personalization; * Contribution to continuous improvement of our services and processes. **Experience Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism; * Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator; * Proficiency in airline reservation systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus; * Exceptional customer service skills and affability; * Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts; * Fluency in English, Spanish, or French (spoken and written).
