Location: Braga, PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure measurement, project design, methods, processes and construction solutions within the Casais Group, following the quality standards defined by the Group, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Develop industrial design projects for products that meet the needs and technical requirements of different areas and comply with current standards and regulations; 2\) Technically detail project drawings using software tools that enable parametric and organic modeling, assembly of components, finite element analysis, image rendering, technical details, dynamic simulations, using specific software such as Revit/BIM; 3\) Verify with the requesting areas the usability of the technical drawings, adapting their requests as much as possible while respecting the Group's technical quality standards; 4\) Monitor project stages regarding deadlines and quality, holding periodic meetings with stakeholders and ensuring alignment of expectations for the final delivery of technical drawings; 5\) Execute the project production process, using technological resources and materials, and collecting necessary field information for project execution, in coordination with the immediate supervisor; 6\) Ensure proper organization of documentation for all developed projects through categorization, whether in physical or electronic format. **Requirements** -------------- * Work Experience: 3 to 5 years **Education** ------------ * Level 3, 4 or 5 \- Technical / Professional Course **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- Modeling/drawing software, preferably Revit \& Autocad * **At Casais Group we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / development; * Vision for the Future: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
