Home (Neya Porto) \- NEYA Porto Hotel (neyahotels.com) **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure guests are properly welcomed upon arrival, warmly received, and appropriately escorted to their reserved accommodations; * Monitor daily reservations and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in, in coordination with the Housekeeping team; * Coordinate luggage collection and storage; * Supervise and support check-in and check-out operations; * Inform guests about all hotel services, including breakfast and other meals; * Promptly attend to guest requests in person and by phone, and manage complaints effectively; * Ensure special guests—including persons with disabilities, seniors, children, and VIPs—receive personalized service; * Guarantee daily occupancy reporting; * Monitor guest stays, promote booking/reservation of additional services (up-selling and cross-selling), and coordinate communication between guests and operational teams, including Housekeeping and F\&B; * Ensure development and updating of front-office standards and procedures; * Coordinate the front-office team (reception, transfers, etc.), ensuring compliance with all operational standards and procedures; * Ensure daily unit billing; * Supervise daily closings and other reports; ### **Benefits** * Integration into a solid and expanding hotel group; * Remuneration commensurate with the role and verified experience; * Access to NEYA Hotels benefits and discounts; * Access to benefits and discounts offered by partner entities; * Free internal training academy; * Meal allowance and in-kind meals; * Complimentary uniform laundry; * An extra vacation day on one’s birthday; * Baby kit for new parents; NEYA Hotels is committed to Sustainability and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
