Practical, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment Catari Indústria is strengthening its production support team by hiring a **Production Control Assistant** to assist with administrative and operational tasks related to production control, ensuring accurate updating of manufacturing orders, production records, and raw material information. The role involves daily interaction with Production, Warehouse, and Supervisors, and is essential for ensuring the reliability of production data and monitoring the production plan. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and validate production records. * Support production order (PO) control and closure. * Support PO release in ERP or internal systems. * Enter and update data in Excel, ERP, or other internal systems. * Monitor scheduled raw material receipts. * Support daily production plan tracking. * Update manufacturing orders per supervisor instructions. * Support raw material and consumption control. * Communicate regularly with operators, team leaders, and warehouse staff. * Follow defined technical and operational guidelines. * Collaborate in resolving minor day-to-day operational issues. **Profile** * CET in Industrial Organization and Management (preferred). * Technical or vocational training in the industrial field will be valued. * Knowledge of Excel (user level). * Proficiency in using ERP or production-support IT systems. * Ability to handle operational data and manufacturing information. * Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Sense of responsibility and adherence to instructions. * Adaptability to an industrial environment and production pace. **What We Offer** * Integration into an industrial team. * Role with direct contact with operations and hands-on learning. * Practical, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
