**On a daily basis, you will perform the following duties:** * Provide and ensure healthcare services to patients, assessing their needs and problems in order to diagnose situations according to prescribed protocols and established priorities; * Welcome patients and prepare them for discharge; * Participate in projects, training initiatives, and events aligned with Trofa Saúde Group’s strategic and commercial policies; * Record observations and other relevant information in the clinical file, entering them into the system as required—including consumables used—according to agreed protocols; * Coordinate your work with multidisciplinary teams; **What we value:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience; * Valid Professional License issued by the Portuguese Nurses’ Association; * High sense of responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work rotating shifts; **What we offer:** * Integration into a leading group in the private healthcare sector in Portugal; Join our team and send us your application!
